Hi, recently WhatsApp has stopped working on my home WiFi. It’s works fine on 4G. Same for my wife’s phone. We have followed all of the on line advice re resetting etc but still not downloading. Any ideas please?

Hi @JohnG10,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Have you restarted your phones and the router?

@JohnG10 : Which router have you?

Do other data programs/apps work OK?

Yes, followed all the steps advised on internet re this problem but still no good. I have a home MiFi EE dongle which is what I use for all of my internet.

@JohnG10 : It could be your Switching Content Lock OFF or ON . It is switched on on new & upgraded contracts & seems to affect social sites. If just switching it OFF doesn't help, try switching it to STRICT, reboot your device and then switching it to OFF. That is seeming to do the trick.
