Hi. I have tried to unlock my 4GEE WiFi Mini without success .
Purchased from an EE shop in 2019 and used daily .
I entered the IMEI number and was told it was locked to EE . I then received an Unlock Code .
I was then advised that the device had been accepted for unlocking however I needed to complete some steps on the device itself . When I clicked on Get Started I was taken back to the original " How do I unlock an EE device " page .
Any help would be much appreciated .

You should've received unlocking instructions after completing the request online @Xr981
These are often also sent by email if you supplied an email address during the unlocking request process.
Follow the instructions, and it should then ask you to try an alternative network SIM card in your device to complete the final step.

To to be clear you are having issues with the EE website over the device itself.

The "Get Started" is to request the unlock code afresh. The instructions to perform on the router itself should be sent to you by email.
