Trouble connecting 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi to mobile Smart 5G HUB

I'm trying to connect a camera which works on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi to my mobile broadband Smart 5G HUB, however it won't connect. When I open available signals I only get 'Smart-5G-Hub-3WFM so I imagine that it won't connect due to band steering. Is there a way of creating separate SSIDs for the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands? If not is there a way that I can temporarily disable the 5GHz band during the initial camera setup?

Hi @Jamkass,

Welcome to the EE Community

Try visiting 192.168.1.1 to access the 5G Smart hub admin page. The admin password should be on the bottom of the hub if you are unsure. Once logged in go to WiFi>Basic and you should see the option there to enable/disable the different bands as well as enable a compatible WiFi SSID which may help with older devices if needed.
