Smart mifi device

I have received a mifi device with my smart WiFi package. I phoned 150 and they have added it to my online account All good but I can't see the device listed in the app on my phone. I see my phone listed and also another mifi device that we have ( all 3 show online ) but the app only show the two my phone and the other mifi. How Do I get the app to show all 3 devices thanks

So it comes with 2gb data a month ee smart wifi package. It has no calls or texts with it. So I added £5 incase I needed to use that sim for sending a text in hindsight I should not have even done that. It allows to add add ons like calls texts etc but not through the subscription packs. Hope that makes some kind of sense
