Since I got this it initially worked just okay despite the EE people saying it can handle up to 10 WiFi units. But now on a daily basis I cannot stream a thing as it just rubbish constantly having to reset it and supposedly up to 20mbps absolute joke as nowhere near and feel conned by EE as is just no good. Any suggestions please as I am paying for something which clearly doesn't work

48 hour wait is nearly up. Wifi still erratic even though I can see the mast 500 yards away from my window.  Now my smart meter is disconnecting on a regular basis so I have no idea about my energy consumption.

EE is full on promise and empty on delivery.

Does anyone here have any experience of Three mobile routers?

I phone EE and they keep saying break into the little box so they I can help them do some tests. I am not their unpaid engineer and am old and hamfisted, no way I am going to do that. That way they can blame it all on me (the well known corporate blame the victim trick).  Sad when we have been good EE mobile customers for years.

It is clear to me it's an overload problem. Worked from 5 am to 8 am, no probs, but by 9.30 it was hopeless. Its obviously slowness of the network: very very very slow  =  not working. But just like BT (EE=BT) its all about (slow) speed.

Hi @Chicken892,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

What problems are you experiencing with your router?

James

It worked for half an hour but there is nothing. No lights nothing - and yes it is charged up. Tried all your resting gizmos but NOTHING. It is as dead as a house brick and just as useless..

Yes they are useless unless you did what did and get a bigger mobile router
at an excessive monthly price which is totally unfair compared to urban
prices

Hi @Chicken892,

It sounds like it may be a faulty device or power supply.

Please get in touch with Technical Support who'll run through some diagnostics and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Thanks

James
