The communication from this company is a joke. I have had to return 2 pieces of kit - 1 faulty, another sent by mistake (following 2 mis-diagnoses). Then a week later, I get a bag to return the kit FOR 1 of the items. And a call asking if I need a home visit from an engineer.

I'm sorry to hear about what has happened here. Were the team able to look into why this had happened when you spoke with them?

My experience of contacting EE guides is totally the opposite. I had a couple of kit failures recently and apart from, say a 5 to 10 minute wait for a contact, I have been able to assist in identifying the fault, had replacement sent within two days, followed up by a request, and a postage bag, to return the kit.
Just a thought... I hope you get sorted soon.
