After an accidental knock to the antenna connectors, my 5G router is not working - on both internal and external settings.
I spoke with EE customer services and technical support teams but nobody could find a way to replace my 5G router, even though I was more than happy to pay the full cost. The technical team just told me to go to Amazon and buy another 5G router.
Can anyone recommend one that will support my current antenna setup? I purchased a QuPanel 5G LTE MIMO 4x4 from Forest Rock which has performed really well and plugged straight into the EE router.
