EE are terrible , I’ve allowed myself to be conned into having two mobile routers in my house on two separate accounts , and then my phone, I have 4g one end and 5g the other, both are rubbish, I had an external areal fitted, no better, had a day off work the other day and the internet was good, just doesn’t work on evenings and weekends, you know, when you need it .

I strongly recommend leaving this company asap

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your mobile broadband.

Did you arrange the antenna installation through EE? If you did, please get in touch with Technical Support to let them know it isn't performing as expected.
