Hi we have the exact same problem. My old mobile router stopped working. EE supplied a new smart hub 4g as 5g is not available in the position we have our narrow boat moored. We c  add pled re poor service slow speeds dropping out all together. They did the same speed checks different days. They also said speeds were average even though on one of the days the service stopped altogether. I have been fobbed off by numerous people various techs told it’s access to farmers land being refused work on different masts etc. the service used to be good. It is now worse than dial up. I have had some refunds due to poor service but cannot leave without paying off my contract on a service I don’t receive. I’ve been a customer since 2011 and will not be renewing my contract.

Do you have an EE mobile as well as the WiFi device? 

Has the signal recently changed?
