Changed to EE recently and purchased the 5GEE router 2021 which is great...BUT...our Nintendo switch refuses to let us play online via the router. It connects to the Internet but any actually online game is totally restricted for some reason; something to do with the nat type of the router?
From what I can see online, other people have this issue but I can't see what the solution is. Have I just purchased a router that doesn't let my switch play online...? I hope not.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes I feared getting this response as I've seen it as a "solution" to several queries on this website.
However, I have found a fix from the following thread: https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Mobile-Broadband/Fix-for-5GEE-WiFi-Hub-IPv6-internet-issues-over-ether...
So far it appears to be working for me, and allowed me to play several games online last night. I will continue to monitor

Unfortunately EE are useless and never help and unless you buy a secondary router to add to the 4G one no switch will play on line so it feels like a wast of money 😕
