New app not working

Hi there, I have just updated my EE app. The app does not allow me to gift data to my family anymore. The app is also telling me that I am not the account holder. I have checked my EE account on the web and this is also saying I am not the account holder. Could I also point out that some hyperlinks on the site do not work. Please help as I have 4 family members who only 250mb of data. Thanks

Hi @Richard2323

Can you try changing to account holder within your My EE account Settings > Manage Numbers, can you change this? 

If not, please call us on 150 and the team will get this sorted for you.

Hi Leanne, i can’t find an option to change phone numbers. Are you talking about the app or the website? I will call 150. Richard.

Always use the online MyEE in preference to the app in the present broken state of the latter.
