My EE wifi mini will not charge. Need help and is it repairable?

Same problem since yesterday. Mine is less than a month old. Charged it overnight remained at 0%. Tried restarting it, charging it switched on and switched off. Got 6% battery after three hours. I’ll ask EE for a replacement unit

How do you know you had a 6% charge??
