I have an ee Mini that I have been using for a while (over 18 months) without an issue but has stopped working. I can connect to the tech and logon to EE but states Device connected but shows no Wifi. When I try to connect it just has an "unsucessful" alert flash up on top left but can't click to get any other information.
Have gone through all settings and nothing looks wrong - I know there is connection available as can connect via phone etc etc.
Any ideas?

@Amynaughton : Is it on contract or PAYG? How often have you used it over past 18 months?

It came with my broadband package which I think I’ve had just over 2 years and probably used it once a month at least when travelling with work

If you mean you've got the Smart WiFi add-on to your EE BB, which includes some Smart WiFi discs & a 4GEE WiFi Mini mobile router, the mobile router comes as PAYG.
Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation.
When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
