Mini Wi-Fi adding credit

I have 30 squids credit to add to my mini Wi-Fi portable but every time I go to cash it in the add on option will not let me add it on ( if that makes sense) tried  for two days now. Anyone else having this problem? Or can direct me

@Tommyteddy1973 : Is ir the adding of the money credit you can't do or the buying of a data add-on? Which is it?

Hi it’s the adding of the data credit.  I’ve got credit on my account but it will not let me purchase data using it. It’s happy to take my money for add ons or top up.

If you are unable to purchase data using your credit I'd recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can look into this for you. 

The team will also help with the purchase.

Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see what data add-ons are available.
