I have recently bought a small amount of mifi top up on a paymonthly direct debit basis. I don't know how I can check how much data I have left? Can anyone advise how I check this please? The device is a mifi one and although I know the number of it neither of the people I spoke to at EE sent me confirming emails with my account details which is now beginning to worry me.
My attempts to log on using the information I jotted down have been unsuccessful.
Any advice would be very welcome please.

@Marmalade1 : "Top-up" & "pay monthly direct debit" seem contradictory. Top-ups are PAYG & aren't paid for by DD. Which are you on, PAYG or pay monthly contract?
