Hey so,
I have had to make a complaint with EE and they have sent me a mini hub to compensate for the time without internet.
can someone advise me on if this will work with a PS5 or xbox? If so, how do i do so?
I have read lots of forums of people having issues with this
thank you

Hi @LozzaThomps,
Welcome to the EE Community
Gaming consoles can be connected through a 4G/5G broadband connection and work fine, you just connect it the same way you would any Wi-Fi connection. Search for the Wi-Fi connection on your console and connect using the login details provided with the hub.
The experience in terms of speeds etc will depend on your local mobile coverage of course. Additionally a mobile broadband connection will tend to have a strict NAT type which can effect the experience of playing some games online which may be the issues you have read about. But you should be able to use it as an interim ok whilst waiting for your broadband issues to be resolved.

I see you have posted this exact response on other peoples post but I have also seen other people successfully use the hub for gaming too.
I am waiting for a smart hub, but I just got sent the mini hub for the interim.
