My allowance of 10gb is credited on the 18th each month to my apple iPad. Today at 7am only  9.6 gb was credited. Anyone know why?

Hi I don’t have WiFi, just mobile data with iPad. Normally, 10 Gb on the 18th but Losing any left over from previous month.Tried to contact them today but very busy.

Hi @Pete_kaye

The allowance would refresh at midnight and any usage through the night would be deducted from your allowance.

I was fast asleep from 10pm till 6am and no one else has access , so what happened?

It could be that iOS or some of the apps on iPad updated through the night. Do you have automatic updates turned on?

Yes. Updates are on automatic but I don’t have wifi so how could that happen? Pete kay

Updates can also be downloaded over mobile data, if allowed in your settings.

Well that must be what happened. I have switched updates off now. Thanks for the help.
