I can link my mobile account to broadband account in the web system but not in the EE App. Just says it's having trouble connecting but doesn't seem to ever work

Any ideas?

You don't need to link your mobile router in 2 places. It's all the same thing.

If you link your mobile router in your online MyEE a/c then it's already linked when you come to the app & all you need do is log in.

@XRaySpeX

Where does the “mobile router” come into it?

Isn’t the OP simply saying he can’t add his mobile side to his broadband side in the app?

Neither can I.

@Minkey1 : Raise your eyes & you'll see that this forum is for Mobile BB. If the OP has made a mistake in placement & just means a mobile phone (not appearing in his post) then my statement still holds.

If you can't link your mobile phone in the app then link it online.
