LAN port not working - Smart 4G Hub2

I have just got my Smart 4G Hub 2.  Easy installation and set up. All my portable devices connect without much difficulties. 
But when I try to connect my HIVE hub with a ethernet cable. It doesn’t work. There are only two lan port available but none of them work. 
i am sure that the cable and power of my HIVE are working good because it works when I plug it back to my old network which will be disconnected in a week time. 
Has anyone face the same problem and can suggest  solutions for me.

@TimLau Glad you got it working, and as i say not a mobile BB product person, suspect that it is the combination of the mobile internet CGNAT to the way the Hive hub tries to respond on the network to the server and the IPV4/IPV6 is upsetting the hive controller, not everything can be tested so it's just one off those, do this to see if you can get it working, but glad you managed to do it.👍
