Ive been missed sold Broadband from day one.

Too get the broadband speeds you pay for you have to be plugged in........

I'm paying £45 for some many years and trying too tell them it's not working.... I'm going to report them to ofcom

Can you confirm what Mobile broadband device you own and what issues you're having?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@Richie_577   You don’t get an guaranteed speed on mobile broadband.  You get a guaranteed speed on a fixed landline broadband.   If it’s a fixed line have you called customer services about this ?  Ofcom will not help you they don’t deal with individual complaints.

OFCOM don't handle individual complaints. You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form at the foot of the page.
