Hi all. My 5G EE mobile router is not working. No Wi-Fi. On the router, some of the lights on the top are blue rather than green… anyone know of issues?

Have you tried restarting the router? If it still isn't working after that, I would recommend checking the status of the network on our coverage checker. It will let you know if we're aware of any issues in your area and let you report one if we're not.

Hi.
still no internet and it’s costing me a fortune for mobile data / hotspots for my family. I work from home too.
I can’t register with the link u posted since its won’t accept the EE mobile number which I use in my 5G router.
when I called EE on Friday they said they’d send SMS updates to my (Sky) mobile but that’s not happening either.
very bad service, I’m not happy.

That's not true, but there may be another reason for the delay in this case that has been misinterpreted.
Do you know of anyone else locally who has an EE mobile, to see if they have similar issues? It's not impossible for the cause of your issues to have been incorrectly - with good intentions - diagnosed.
