Internet connection

I have had an engineer here this morning trying to fix up my internet as I am moving into a new house but he came and said I neede something doing outside I was wondering if I can get an update as to when this might happen as I have no internet or tvs working because of this ?

You sure you had an eng. visit for mobile BB? It's more usual for fixed Home BB.
