Having issues with my internet connection. Everything is paid up to date and I've checked status checker and no known problems in the area. It's been going on for over a week now. When i look at my online account that that particular number is says on usage history Status - Expired, but what does that mean?

Is it just your internet that seems to be affected here, or are you struggling with calls and texts too?
Also when you look at the signal bars on your phone, is there a 4G or 5G indicator next to them?

It's in a 4g dish not on my mobile.

Which model of router are you using at the minute, and what are the lights on the front showing?
