I cant make or receive calls (limbo)

I can’t make or receive calls or therefore get in touch with EE to track my Broadband package that I was assured would be delivered next day along with my new SIM cards (nil and nil)

Did you order home broadband or mobile broadband?

SIM cards are delivered in the post within 2-5 working days.

Mobile Broadband and this was only, ONLY because I was sold on the idea of next day delivery. Instead what I have is no broadband connection and no ability to make calls and more importantly I can’t receive calls.

Once the order has been dispatched to DPD they will get in touch to let you know when the mobile broadband device will be delivered. 

Have you downloaded the DPD app to see if they have deliveries scheduled for you?

👍🏻 DPD downloaded, nothing in the system, I guess it’ll arrive sometime. I just wish EE were a little more honest at the beginning, if you just said “look, we might send it, we might not or we’ll send it when we feel like it” I can deal with that, makes my decision to waste my money or not much easier

no way of tracking 

no hint of a delivery time frame

no outgoing call ability

no incoming call ability

yes to EE being incompetent 

yes EE wasting my time

yes to me cancelling

Thanks Christopher G I still can’t call out (even with the new SIM card in)

None of you or the other Bots have the ability to even conceptualise the problem so trying to find where an order is (or even if an order exists) is as infuriating as it is pointless particularly when they suggest calling  someone. 

I’m going to have to go into one of your stores and speak to a ‘human’ bot

I understand your problem, @Gman6403. Usually people have another phone they can call from and that page I sent you has all of our contact information on it. There is a live chat service on there too.

If you pop into the store, they will do their best to help.
