I use this router with external antenna at my caravan. I can home and tried to log in to the router to flick it back to internal antenna and I can’t log in. When I type in the usual 192.168.1.1 the page does not load. There is a red light on the internet reception. I have tried factory resetting it. Any suggestions? We’ve only had it 3 weeks and as I bought second hand theres no come back as it was working fine!

Yes, I’ve previously connected to both (2.5GHz and 5 gtx) and tried to access the page. It will connect on both pc and phone but the page is unavailable. Ipconfig shows that the router at 192.168.1.1 has given my laptop an ip address. I can run ping 192.168.1.1 and 100 percent of packets are received. But http://192.168.1.1 doesn’t respond so it feels like the web server on the router isn’t running. Maybe?

Looks good. Everything looks good other than being able to connect to 192.168.1.1. Can only assume router is faulty.
Why are there 2 cables in the router?
Have you connected OK to 192.168.1.1 previously? You sure it's not 192.168.1.8?

I was hoping it might be solvable, it was working fine this morning. Thanks for your time. I assume faulty means not easily fixed!
