Huawei 4g mobile wifi

I have just got a Huawei 4g mobile WiFi. I need a ee data only sim. Some months when I am away in my motorhome I will use a fair bit of data, other months almost none. So don't want a monthly contract, also have unlimited data on my phone. Could I gift that to the sim in my wifi. What is the best ee sim to get? TIA. Peter
