How to create an account for mobile broadband sim number

Hello. I'm trying to create an account for my mobile broadband but it is sending a text with a pass code to the number of the sim which can't be accessed until you create an account.  Can anyone help?

@Martinaf32 : Most mobile routers can receive texts. Login to it & look for the SMS Section/Inbox.

There's no reason why your mobile router can't receive the text even w/out an EE a/c being created.
