How to apply credit: sim for 4gee wifi mini

As subject: just bought new SIM and 30pounds credit. Can see no way to apply it. From other phone I can verify sim number and tick the captcha, but then only see how to pay again.

From laptop and/or phone connected to Wi-Fi I see the 30 credit, but no captcha appears after verifying SIM phone number when trying to apply credit.
