Unable to connect to office Server via VPN using EE Smart 5G Hub

Hello

I  have just purchased contract for EE Smart 5G Hub.

I appear to be unable to connect to my office server via VPN.

Just spoke to EE Tech support and they have advised that whilst EE dont support VPN connection, they dont block and should ask via the Forum for help.

Can anyone please help re this issue?

Hi @Howklepps 

Make sure your content lock is disabled. 

EE mobile network should work fine with a VPN. Is this a software VPN.
