@CBone123  Have you changed the password from the default one.   If you have the QR code isn’t going to work.       If you haven’t changed it just try switching off the router for 30+ seconds and rebooting it.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi there

we haven't changed anything and we give people the password to type in very carefully and even after several trials it doesn't work

Just been on to Technical services and they say it is NOT their Hub but with all of the other people's devices... but if it is any NEW device I cant understand how that can be the case ?

so frustrating even tried taking the SIM card out of the router !

You're not giving peeps the admin pwd instead of the WiFi pwd?

Login to your MBB router at http://192.168.1.1 with username/pwd as "admin"/"admin" or with the admin password found under the battery cover. Then on the WiFi Settings tab you should be able to see your WiFi password in clear where you can check it char by char.

If rebooting it doesn't fix it try Factory Resetting it. A pin in a pinhole somewhere on it for 5 - 10 secs while powered up.
