So yesterday I attempted to buy the 5GEE Router from EE. I tapped in all my details and when once finished it told me that they were unable to verify my details and to access support. Shortly after I looked at my bank and I now have a pending transaction from EE for the price of the router. I have not been sent any emails from EE or any kind of order number or no receipt. I would really appreciate if anyone knows what I should do, or what is happening with my order. Thank you in advance.

Thanks for coming here.
The payment will be pending until the order has been accepted or declined, if this is declined the payment will go back into your bank account.
You would need to call us on 0800 956 6000 to get this looked into.
