Hi there,

Recently having issues with my BT 4G Router...when the ethernet cable is connected the internet connection is lost (light goes from blue to green)...when the ethernet cable is removed the internet connection picks up again (light goes from green to blue).  Anyone else have experience of this or can suggest possible solution please?  Thank you, S

Yes, since trying that (connecting directly to desktop and different cables) it appears the issue may well have been the netgear switch, which I have replaced.

What happens when you connect to the desktop directly?

Have you tried different cables?

Yes, since trying that (connecting directly to desktop and different cables) it appears the issue may well have been the netgear switch, which I have replaced.
