Ee 4 g box mobile boardband box

My 4gee ee mobile board band box has all the light on green, but  I camt connect any devices to it, I can't even log on to the http bit

All it says  couldn't get ip adress when trying to connect t

Could you try restarting the router please, @amieeajs?

There should be a pinhole on the back to reset it.

Already done this just done it again and still nothing
