EEE Smart Hub parental controls

I have a new EE smart hub with mobile broadband and i can’t access certain websites eg National Lottery on my mobile when on WiFi but if I switch WiFi off and use 5G it’s fine. When I checked the mobile broadband number it had parental controls on but I switched that off and restarted the hub but still the same. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

@laynahowe  Check to make sure it’s still off.  You also might need to give it a few hours for your account to update to the new settings you’ve chosen.
