EE4G wifi won’t connect to skyQ box

we recently got a new EE wifi box and ever since our skyq cannot find an internet connection. After reading posts online I changed the IP to v4, it said i had to disconnect to change this to my default and when I disconnected I then couldn’t get my box to reconnect with the light constantly orange. I reset the box and our skyq box started working! This lasted for 10 minutes and then all of our devices disconnected from the wifi and couldn’t reconnect. I had to switch the box off and on again to get our phones to work and when I’ve logged on it’s reset to the V4V6. Can anyone help please?

Which model WiFi device do you have? 

Can you connect the Sky Q to any other WiFi connection?

It’s a smart 4G Hub. 

 

We have no other wifi to connect the skyQ box to. It definitely seems that the IP being V4V6 is the issue.
