Did you mean:

EE PAYG 4G Mobile WiFi router on Smarty very slow?

I have an EE PAYG 4G Mobile WiFi router, and have recently replaced the SIM with a Smarty SIM instead.

For the first day it seemed to be working perfectly fine, but since then has gotten very slow! According to Smarty, the network coverage in my area is very good. I also have full bars for below 4G Wifi link.

Could this be something to do with the settings? Or is it more likely to be just a network issue woth Smarty?

Assuming it was OK with an EE SIM, it'll be an issue with the Smarty network or a/c.

It's pointless posting a link into your router. It's not visible from here.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

The link wasn't to show anyone my actual account sorry lol. Just to show where I got the signal strength from.

I guess I'm just asking if anybody has had the same issue as me and has changed the settings to make it run better.

If you're having problems using a device with a Smarty SIM, I would suggest querying with Smarty. They're an MVNO piggybacking on 3UK.

Do you have any issues using the device with an EE SIM?

I've had no issues with EE or O2 here. Hmmm I guess it's just an issue with Smarty?
