This is so complicated. The only thing that seems to work with any efficiency is EE taking money from my bank account.
I now have £80 credit but cannot transfer it to my machine.
Every time I try it says error and they are working on it.
Also, I mistakenly committed myself to a £30 plan ... I wish to cancel this. I suppose I need to sit on the 'phone for thirty minutes.
