EE Mobile Contract

Hi I have been an EE user for as long as I can remember and have a mobile contract.
I'm due an upgrade but wish to not do so as be on sim only going forward when my contract ends next month.

I am unable to make a phone call as I have lost my voice from being poorly. All forums say exciting mobile customers can access a live chat yet I cannot get on this no matter how deep I look.

Can you help me please?

Welcome to the community,

If you have a phone contract included in the sim contract, you would need to change to have a sim only contract, but if you are on a sim only contract, you do not need to do anything, as it is only the minimum term that ends, your contract will just continue regardless.

Do you have the latest EE App? If you do, live chat should show by clicking on help at the bottom of the app.
