Hello - I want to connect my 5G home hub to my EE app to check my bills etc (as my last bill was wrong!)
How do I link my device to my app?? I dont have an account billing number to connect via the broadband product option, and I have no way of receiving a text to the mobile number's SIM.

Are you able to put your SIM card into a mobile phone to locate its mobile number and receive the verification message?

Is this the only way to do this? It just seems a bit of a faff.

You don't need an a/c no. to link a mobile router. That's for fixed Home BB. You link it by its mobile no.
Most mobile routers can receive texts & reply to them. Login to it & look for the SMS Section/Inbox.
