Hi,
This is ridiculous service having to wait so long on the 150 phone helpline. Why can they not call us back instead of us waiting for hours? There should be a standard rate that they pay us for any minute over a 3 minute wait.

@Dhan4321 So you think it’s EEs fault that other customers want to call customer services and speak with them when you want to also.
Do you expect everyone not to call customer services because you want to ?

When a relative called 150 last week, they were offered precisely the option you've requested, i.e. to hold in a virtual queue and be called back.
But as others have said - is your query account-specific? If not, you may be able to get help on here.
