Hi I have set up a d/ d but the payment. Didn’t come out and also I just paid online- can you have a look it Says payment outstanding even though I have the d/d set up

Thanks for coming to the community.
It will depend on when the direct debit was set up, as it would only start from the next bill to be created after you set it up.
We don't have access to your account details here on the community, but if you give our billing guides a call, they'll be able to bring up your account to check that it has been set up, and look at your charges.

also a late payment was added to my account so this needs to be taken off as I had set up the d/d
