As the telephone lines to my house have failed BT changed me to the EE 4G Router, the WIFI works fine and most things work fine however Netflix, Amazon and Ring doorbell will not connect to the router. I have spent a day talking to EE support and support at each of the other three and no one is able to help they all quote the other being the cause.
I have deleted app, removed sim, re booted changed from 2.4 and 5 channels to just 2.4 and nothing works please tell me there is someone out there that has solved the problem.

@Walesby2024 : An app can have no bearing on what can or cannot connect to a router.
How can Netflix & Amazon connect to a router? They are only websites. Can't you browse to them? The Ring doorbell is a diff matter. It is a device that needs connecting to the router.

Eventually spoke to someone from EE Tech support told me their 4g Hubs have something in their software that Netflix etc will not accept so the problem cannot be resolved and advised to cancel my contract which I have done, shame as speed was 60mbps.

- Barely usable internet for about a week in Mobile Broadband
- My printer cannot connect with wifi in Broadband & Landline
- Some devices (such as PS5 and Google TV) require a full shut down to connect in Broadband & Landline
- Wifi Drops Out - Online Gaming Same House in Broadband & Landline
- Very slow response from one website on Windows PC - iPad fine in Broadband & Landline
