Data sim card will never work where I live, phone sim card will work

I purchased mobile broadband and antenna. Catch 22, the engineer can not come out till I get a working sim card. We get internet via phone sim card, data sim card is different, trying to chase it up, but high number of calls and tech help messenger service is turned off.

Do you have the eNB ID? That would help with identifying the site in question. Your Home Office reference implies EAS.

I would advise contacting CS to get your antenna install sorted, but I'm curious to identify the site in question and whether this is a commercial-service site or is ESN-only. Try either Cellmapper or NetMonitor Lite to obtain your serving eNB.

Wait time 40 minutes, will need to try phone number when I have either more time or quicker response time.

Hi Leanne

Got through to support team.

Antenna installers support team contacted me.

No contact from engineer.

Paying for service and paid for antenni what have I got : no service no antenna. 

I do not have the time or patience to keep chasing up this issue. How many times have I got to contact EE to get this issue resolved.

Yes, gave engineer a few days to contact me.

Engineer did not contact me.

Contactected engineer, went to voicemail, left message.

No contact from engineer.

Position, paying for data, paid for antenna, no data, no antenna, I do not have the time to keep asking for service I am paying for.

Cell ID above doesn't seem to want to Hex calculate to a valid EE eNB so assume it's wrong or a Typo.
