We took out a mobile broadband package when we first moved to our new place in December due to various factors.
However -- the service was atrocious and not fast enough to work from home, barely fast enough to stream anything. The box we use also no longer charges so we are essentially paying for a service we can't use.
In an ideal world, I'd love to dump to mobile broadband and instead of cancelling the contract completely, I'd want to change it so we could use the line in a phone as I need a new mobile provider.
Is this something possible/has anyone come across this before?

@chrislockyer This is basically an upgrade and you’ll probably need to pay of the remaining term of that contract. You’ll be best to call customer services to if this is possible.
