Hi @cutetedpanda

Welcome to the community.

I'll see if I can get one for you. Is there something specific that you're trying to find out from it?

Hi @cutetedpanda

Welcome to the community.

Chris

HiYes, the speeds are low and I want to check it's set up correctly before contacting the Tech Team. Thanks so much!

There won't be any router setting to speed it up. That's just a property of the mobile network there.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP
I'm asking for the user manual to check I've set it up properly and the stays if the lights before I call Tech. The download speed tethering to the router is under 3 Mbps on the hub and tethering to my EE mobile is 66mbps.Can you please provide a link to the user guide and I'll take it from there please?

Still awaiting a link to the user guide please

Hi @cutetedpanda,

For speed issues, I'd recommend contacting Technical Support so a member of the team can run through some diagnostics with you.

As the router is connecting to the network successfully, there shouldn't be anything you need to do at your end other than testing the router in different locations in your home for the best connection.

James

As I said earlier, I'd like to make sure I've set it up properly before and it might be user error. Also, I'm deaf, so calling isn't the best option for me.Is there a link to the user manual please?

Hi @cutetedpanda,

My colleague @Christopher_G is trying to source copy of the user manual for you and will get back to you as soon as possible.

If there was a problem with the way you've set up your router, I wouldn't expect it to connect to the network at all. (They are also sent out pre-configured and ready to use.)

Have you experimented with where you're placing your router? (Near a window in often best)

James
