I have the new 5GEE Router. There is no way to separate 5 and 2.4 in the router menu. Is there a way to do that separation. Because im relying on 2.4Ghz to connect my smart switches. Screenshot as below

What does the "2.4 & 5GHz WiFi" > "Both enabled" dropdown show?

Hi,

It shows below menu. But when i switch it doesn't change the GHz. I tried changing this but connecting switches was unsuccessful. Previous router had this separation clearly this one doesn't have that unfortunately.

Yes, it looks like you can only have either Both unseparated, 2.4 only, 5 only or none.

As you cannot separate the wireless bands/SSIDs, the most you can do is temporarily enable the 2.4 GHz band only while connecting problematic 2.4 GHz devices before reenabling both bands..
