So I upgraded my Bt business line and got the BT Router, together with EE back up mobile hub.
I cannot get the strength past the first bar. I've tried moving it around, but nothing changes.
Anyone that can help. I checked the signal strength in the area for my EE phone and that says good.

Are you able to try the SIM card from the WiFi device in the phone to see if signal shows and you can connect to data?
