I purchased a 4G wifi device with 30Gb of data last year. The data has now run out and I tried to add more data by using the website. I now have £5 credit but can't see any way of applying this credit to my device so that I have usable data. I now have no data on the device but £5 credit! I tried calling but having seen my bill now realise that I was being charge 50p a minute so don't want to go that route again!

Good morning @malcpayne.
Welcome to the community.
You can find all the information on how to apply data by visiting our 'Data usage and add-ons for 4GEE WiFi' help page.
Please be sure to let us know if you have any further questions,
Katie

@malcpayne : Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see what data add-ons are available.

As you can see from the following screen I have 0 data left but £5 credit, if I try to top up then I just get sent to a page that asks for more money. All I want to do is apply the data paid for with this £5 to my data so that I can use the device.

You don't show me any following screen.
I doubt there is a data add-on for as little as £5. So you will be asked to top-up, which term is used for adding money to your PAYG credit, not for buying more data.
What did the page I gave you offer you?

I just wanted to check out how to add data to the device so chose £5 as the minimum amount allowed, I am a little concerned about adding more credit until I know how to apply it.
I can't believe it is so complicated!

I have exactly the same problem. I have tried repeatedly to use the website to apply my credit. It is easy to buy the credit but I simply cannot apply it

Good morning @CBurdfield, thanks for reaching out to us about this.
Just to be sure, can you see the credit active on your account but can't add any products, or have you bought credit via a voucher elsewhere and need to apply this to the account?
Peter
