4G EE mini wifi

Hi I’ve had a 4G EE mini WiFi for a year, it no longer connects and l just want to take it off my contract but can’t see how to do this without cancelling my phone which l don’t want to do. This is costing me £55 a month and hasn’t worked for two months. Can anyone help please the AI doesn’t understand!

@Richard1009 : If you are wanting to cease your mobile contract completely you need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.
