Hello, I am trying to activate my new sim card but whenever I put the serial number in, it says something went wrong. Please help

What Serial No. into what? Please clearly explain your issue & circumstances in greater detail & we'll do our best to help you with it.
SIMs shouldn't need activating in UK.

Could you please just let us know a bit more about the SIM you've received here?
Is this a brand new connection with us, have you upgraded an existing number, or have you requested a new SIM for an existing line you have with us?
